R.I.P Troy

We Had to go and have our little ginger cat Troy put to sleep last night as it turned out he had a liver tumour. Now anyone that met him would know he was one 'pain in the ass cat' but everyone loved him.
He used to sit in the conservatory with me at night and we would 'fox watch'. Most of the time he would be asleep but sometimes I knew if the fox was close because Troy would sit up and look through the window.
He was a strong and brave little cat and he was the guardian of the garden as he wouldn't let other cats come in and would fight anyone that tried to take over 'his' territory.
I never thought I would cry over this cat but I haven't stopped and I'm going to miss him more than I ever thought I would.

So join me in a little prayer for him

Dear Lord. Please look after this little chap.
Don't get angry when he tries to sit on your lap whilst you are eating.
Tell him YOU are number one up there not him and he's not to scent everything in sight or push the other cats out.
Forgive him if he wakes you early at the weekends as he doesn't understand you don't have to get up for work.
Make it understood that you will stop stroking him when YOU want to and not when HE wants you to.
Make sure he doesn't collide with any trees as he is cross eyed.
Have patience with him when he wants the door opened to go out only to walk right back in.
Tickle him under the chin occasionally.

But most of all Lord... MOST of all ...

Tell him I love him xxx

Can I thank in advance here for any favs you may grant as I do truly appreciate them. Now he has died I can't thank you individually as I normally would.
