Now it seems that Blackpool council are spending a lot of money trying to modernise parts of the town and putting in the odd sculpture here and there... and believe me I mean odd. These are supposed to represent pebbles off the beach and have tiny optic lights in them. I'm sure the guy who did this is laughing his socks off for what he will have charged. Personally Blackpool I think you need to do a lot more than this...
